Full transparency — you see the vehicle through the eyes of our expert on site.
The vehicle inspection is carried out without your presence — more time for family and important things.
We design the vehicle inspection process to be as transparent and easy to understand as possible for you.
On this page, you can see what our photo report template and the vehicle inspection look like in practice.
  • Structured photo report — every detail of the vehicle is documented with photos: bodywork, interior, engine, wheels, VIN, as well as component and serial numbers.
  • Inspection based on a checklist — the expert checks all key points: the condition of the bodywork, paintwork, interior, technical components, and safety-relevant systems.
  • Documentation of results — each inspection point is supplemented with an expert comment, so you can clearly understand the actual condition of the vehicle.
  • Transparency for the customer — you receive the complete report as a finished document with photos, available to you immediately after the inspection.

Contact Report
Before traveling to the vehicle inspection
Before the inspection, we contact the seller to clarify up-to-date information about the vehicle, its condition, and its service history. We request the VIN and carry out a preliminary check of the vehicle using official databases — insurance, service, and technical databases.
The VIN analysis makes it possible to determine whether the vehicle has been involved in an accident, whether there were major repairs or serious damage, and which maintenance work has been performed.
All obtained information is documented in the Contact Report, which you receive immediately after the conversation with the seller. This ensures maximum transparency and security even before traveling to the vehicle inspection.
What you receive with an on-site inspection

Vehicle inspection report
This document is a professional vehicle inspection report intended for a comprehensive assessment of the vehicle’s technical and visual condition prior to purchase. As part of the inspection, the condition of the vehicle is documented in detail.
The report ensures transparency during the purchase process, reduces risks for the buyer, and serves as clear evidence of the professional vehicle inspection carried out.

2

This report presents the results of the vehicle’s paint thickness measurements. The measurements are taken on individual body panels and documented with minimum, maximum, and average values, making it possible to identify potential repainting, repair work, or deviations from factory specifications.

3
Verification of the VIN number and mileage
The VIN number and the mileage are checked across all electronic control units. The data is read using specialized diagnostic equipment and carefully cross-checked for consistency.

4
Computer-based vehicle diagnostics
A computer-based vehicle diagnostics is carried out via the OBD interface. Data from the electronic control units, active and stored fault codes, as well as the key system operating parameters at the time of inspection are read out.

5
